Launching on the 19.06.23, Cen-X Podcasts puts the community at its heart. This platform is dedicated to amplifying the voices of those who may not have had the opportunity to be heard before. It serves as a space for community members to share their stories, perspectives and experiences. By giving a voice to the unheard, our podcast helps to foster greater understanding, empathy and connection among listeners/viewers.

We hope to create a more inclusive and equitable society where everyone’s voice is valued and respected through this podcast and platform. We also want to hear from the people who can make serious change in the community, tap into their brains and hear their stories.

I feel excited about this podcast launch, we have been working behind the scenes to get things in a good place and ready to make it public for viewers to watch and listen. Also, I truly believe this podcast will be unique and create massive change.

My name is Dion, I’m 22 years old and have been a part of Centric since August 2022. I’ve been involved in various projects for the organisation, such as doing interviews and facilitating focus groups; I’m loving the journey so far. I’ve recently started my own podcast called Real Life Curriculum, which I’m enjoying highly, and I feel privileged to be asked to host the CEN-X podcast.

We have already recorded some episodes with the founder of Centric, Dr. Shaun Danquah, their team members and the head of business development who was joined by someone who works for the integrated care board (ICB). We have discussed topics such as the dissemination of knowledge, amplifying voices, fashion, rebuilding trust and more.

I would love to get some funders, celebrities, footballers, people from the government and many more on our podcast. Our goal for this series if to provide you with a platform/podcast which is both relatable and informative, while also being entertaining and motivating. We will cover a wide range of topics such as personal development, current events, life stories/lessons, culture and more.

We want to inject humour into episodes and give listeners/viewers the opportunity to learn something new as well. Come and join us at cen-x.com – together, our voices can become loud enough to share our realities, so they no longer remain silent.
