CO-DESIGN & CO-PRODUCTION PROGRAMMES

Co-Design & Co-Production Programmes

Centric specialises in helping organisations embrace and adopt a collaborative approach putting communities at the centre of the design and delivery of interventions aimed at their communities. Through the involvement of service users at every stage of the design process, we are able to achieve a shared consensus on what the final product or service should look like.

Co-production is not to be confused with co-design and evolves around collaborative decision-making between service providers and service users. Through the involvement of service users in the delivery process, organisations will gain a greater understanding of the wants and needs of their users and are therefore more likely to deliver more effective and successful outcomes.

  • Focus groups and interactive co-design sessions.
  • Consultation around co-production frameworks.
  • Reports, with analysis and recommendations.
